Dara Bruselovsky is a New York and New Jersey based multimedia artist, primarily working in film. Her artwork delves into topics such as existentialism, the physical sciences, and identity. Dara is a teller of feelings, not stories, which often gives rise to experimental works. Her favorite elements to work with in her films are color, motion, and the relationship between film and music. Dara works in post production, working in the data department at Light Iron and as a freelance editor and colorist. Outside of film, she also dabbles in in sculpture, embroidery, and painting, and is always searching for ways to combine these mediums. She is a graduate of Pratt Institute with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from the Film/Video program with a minor in Scientific Concepts and Art Practices. In her free time, Dara likes to laugh, fantasize, and lay down.
